Cancellation policy
Cancellations must be made in writing to luli@bestcasescenario.com.au CHIK’s Health-e-Nation Conference Manager.
Cancellations received on or before 14 February 2012 will be refunded less a 25% administration fee. Cancellations received in writing after 14 February 2011 will not be eligible for a refund. Registrations can be transferred to another person without penalty.

Privacy Policy
CHIK Services Pty Ltd (CHIK) collects information about you in order to develop and provide appropriate services that are in line with its mission and objectives.
Such information will not be disclosed to third parties without your written consent unless required by law.
If you wish to gain access to information about you held by CHIK please email your request to sally.glass@chik.com.au.
Neither CHIK Services Pty Ltd, nor its bank, store credit card information provided by you when you make online payments.
